Found this place online and my wife and I figured we'd check it out after reading some polar opposite reviews. TL;DR, I would personally highly recommend this spot.

The outside has a great log cabin feel to it, and the atmosphere inside is also wonderful. Reminds me of a hipster cafe meets Vermont log cabin. Very modern, clean and enjoyable.

The servers were super friendly and went above and beyond for me when I told them I had a dairy food allergy. The chef even came out to talk to me personally to make sure we were on the same page. He created a dairy-free sauce from scratch just for me, and I have never been given that special of attention anywhere in my life. I'd give an extra star just for that level of individual service if I could. They also have excellent gluten free options if that is your jam.

Between my wife and I, we ordered the breakfast sandwich with home fries and the Poached Eggs over Lentils and Quinoa. Both were excellent! We left feeling very full, which is rare for me at a brunch place. I would highly recommend the lentils and quinoa if you're looking for something very healthy AND very filling. Also, my wife said about the breakfast sandwich, "I've never seen so much bacon on a sandwich before" and that to me is the highest compliment there is.

All in all, a great spot with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to stopping by again next time we're in town!

Inside is nice and looks modern. There is a lot of outdoor seating available on the deck with over head cover.

Went for breakfast with co workers. We got the steak and eggs, south west omelette, and açaí bowl.

    1. Steak and eggs came with side of home fries and toast. Steak was seasoned and cooked well. Home fries were crispy and good. Eggs were scrambled but you can get them cooked how ever you like. Toast was toast.

    2. South west omelette was good. Was topped with roasted peppers and avocado. Inside was filled with bacon, cheese, peppers, and onions. Omelette came with a side of hash browns.

    3. Açaí bowl, didn't try it, but co worker said it was good and it was a big portion.

Overall, I was very satisfied and impressed. Food was super fresh, tasted good, and the presentation was on point with generous portions. You can just tell that a lot of thought and care went into the food. I will definitely be coming back with my family for a weekend breakfast.

I've posted pictures of the dishes we got ! If you are in the area check them out.

Decided to try this new place when I went in the waitress was more concerned with her friends then with the customers when I placed my order I ordered coffee black and an espresso on the side plus my breakfast well the girl behind the counter pt the espresso in the coffee and then gave me an attitude because she messed up. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

And then to be berated and then called names by someone calls themself manager I see where the staff gets their training

My husband and I had great lunch here!  Lobster Mac, homemade soup - took home some, plus got a vanilla custard square for later.  Nice service - will try breakfast here!!

Being new to New Hampshire, I've been trying local spots. I saw the reviews for Copper Jacket Cafe and decided to try it this morning. I'm so glad I did. The hostess/waitress was so nice and welcoming. It's beautifully located in a rustic log cabin building that adds the right setting for a great place to eat. The inside is bright, comfortable, and inviting. So many choices on the menu and love that they have pressed juices. I ordered a chai latte (that came with the cutest cinnamon smile) and my breakfast was a combo so I could try several things. I was in heaven. Presentation was flawless and the food was so delicious and fresh. Everything about this place is incredible. I see why they get so many stars!
